my laptop doesnt work after changes with throttlestop help !

i used throttlestop yesterday and made some changes to cpu and gpu. now its not working. my laptop is lenovo y520

first time i did it, the laptop stopped working then i restarted and some programs didnt work anymore and i did it second time with lower settings on throttle stop, now its not working. when i start it reparing mode loops comes.
with loggfil: c:\windows\system32\logfiles\srt\srtrail.txt.

i did try to fix it on commands but it doesnt give me acces.
it doesnt give me any acces cant even reboot with usb.
tok out ssd and put new one and it doesnt give me acces.
tryed alots of diffrent salutions but it doesnt give me acces.
cant do anything with troubleshot either.
have only acces to f2
tok out the batteri and cmos didnt work either.

my laptop spec:

interl core i7-7700 hq 2.80 ghz
8.00 ram
64-bits
1050 ti (4gb)

2. Just about every lapie comes with a "return to factory" condition key combo ... hace you checked your manual or called tech support for this option ?

yeh, have done the first one but doesnt work. its repair mode loops comes.

i dnt have acces into safe mod, when ever i try to press f4/4 into troubleshot- startup options, laptop just restarts and the repair loop comes.

yeh, but how do i do dat when i dnt have acces to anything.

i did format the drive right now, but now it says,
default boot deice missing or boot failed.
insert recovery media and hit any key
then select 'boot manager' to choose a new bot device or to boot recovery media.
but the thing is i only can use recovery media there.
any help?
