I'm having an very weird issue with my laptop it's acer ph315-52

While playing any game it freezes and and the game crashes and exits to desktop and the charger completely disconnects in the taskbar it remains on from the battery...

I tried removing the battery and trying the issue after the game crashes the laptop completely loses power and powers off

Hopefully it's not a gpu issue i will leave a short video of what happens...

Possibly a GPU issue - My suggestion would be to use a program like MSi after burner and knock the clocks on the GPU down by 100mhz each (as a test) and see if the crashes still happen

You might be having a power problem or it might be a temp problem. Have you tried using a utility to increase your fan curve profile? And have you tried a different AC adapter(if possible)? As @FreedomEclipse suggested, you might want to use a utility to turn the clocks and voltage down to see if that helps.

Try turning the graphics settings down in the game and see if that helps. If you have AMD or Radeon GPUs, you might be able to use their utilities to adjust settings as well. Sounds like a GPU/PSU problem.

Since its Intel you also might benefit from using ThrottleStop.
