So I have a Laptop with RTX 2060 Max Q Refresh (I believe so)

also my CPU is: i7-10750H

so when I opened furmark on my pc to benchmark my gpu, I realized my GPU throttles itself at 75°. This is a problem since my GPU's thermal throttle is actually around 87°...

No matter what I tried, it didn't worked.

-I changed power plan, didn't worked.
-I tried to increase throttle point level, but sadly it didn't worked.
-I tried some 3rd party stuff like Asustweaker blah blah and ETC. Sadly again, it didn't worked.

Here is my GPU-Z screen shot.

And btw, this laptop is from a "Turkish" brand called "Casper" so it's manufacturer software is pretty limited. The laptop's bios is also old and useless.

Please help. If we can't fix this I will just throw this piece of turd to the trash ( WHERE IT BELONGS) .

Nevermind, I found out the issue. It turns out my thermal pads got SO crusty that they dont even cool my vram chips and other components anymore. That explains everything.
