My new i7-11700K

Just bought the new 11th gen Intel I7-11700K and a ASUS STRIX Z590-A Gaming WIFI and some HyperX FURY RGB 3200Mhz RAM

And i must say it runs like a dream, just started overclocking bit by bit to learn this new cpu and bios (come from a 4690K / Z97 which is totally different)

Right now it's running stable at 5240 MHz and i must say im impressed by then numbers in CPU-Z. Single core perf. 682,8 multi core perf. 6231,4

There’s no way you got a hold of a bin that good when in TPU’s review the best manual OC was 4.9 GHz prime95 stable.
I missed some of the OC is from the bclk.

Then i have been wrong my whole life thinking that a good bin would be a CPU that clocks high with less voltage as possible.

Usually you don’t get a good bin that overclocks that well lower in the product stack. If the OP got lucky then congratulations too them. I wasn’t being critical of the brand choice either.

The less core voltage the longer the CPU will last. It's always sad when a great overclocker begins showing signs of core degradation. My 5GHz 3930K took about five years for that to happen. Now that rig has a Xeon E5 1680 V2 in it that runs at 4.5GHz on only 1.3 volts and a lot cooler as well (plus has two more cores).

You’re still right. I was questioning the overclock, and if it’s actually stable.
