My Pc got Rebooted without my permission (event id 1074, 1530, 916, Tons of EVENT During that Reboot time) URGENT HELP!!

please help me find out whats the issue,
i found my pc got rebooted without my permission.
that wasnt any hardware fail,etc.
i can see lot of even in app and system, like id 1074,1530, 916,etc
urgent help required, to figure what was the issue..

Hard to say. Maybe be try a malwarescan, or sfc/scannow in elevated cmd prompt

If it was last night I think there was an update, i happened to still be awake at 3am and witnessed my two rigs do the same, both are not supposed to do it ,i have not yet investigated the cause or updates yet though so I could be wrong.

My rig proceeded to shutdown on its own too, while it was sitting idle on the desktop. Never happened to me before.

My HTPC rebooted after some windows update - it runs Windows 10 and I haven't messed with things to disable the auto update features of the OS. My Win 7 computer, she didn't reboot, but I have it setup to not update anything without my permission.

My Win 7 work computer reboot for windows update - I get no control over this since updates are handled through the server.

So, last night Windows was kind enough to push out some kind of update(s) that required a restart seeing as it was the second Tuesday of the month.

Well, Honey, you didn't say what version of Windows you have but if W10 as listed in your specs, it was probably Windows Update completing the update process. And that's a good thing as long as it did not reboot right in the middle of you doing something. It is suppose to wait until the computer is idle. Yesterday's updates did indeed require a reboot. And it schedules these things around 3am (which can be changed if you are a night owl) when most people are asleep.

If your computer is working fine now, I would not worry about it.

Sorry for late reply, im still busy in backup process.
Sorry I wanted to mention os,
Im using windows 10,
I was in so hurry, i got bit scared because i have many wallets in there,
I wanted to save everything.
It doesnt seems like update restart, it never happened me, nor even looks like crash,
I have checked system event log, nothing looks like crash, it looks like someone logged in ntdomain via administrator, without my permission and gave reboot command.
I think i should install fresh windows,
Now i have questions which can help to save pc,
Q.1 how can i keep my pc safe from being hack remotely or other method, i have wallet in there,

Q.2 Windows defender would do job?

Q3. Can i add password to open everyapp? For example it ask permission for admin,etc only yes or no,
Any option that it always ask password to run any app?

Might be part of a botnet, system hijacked. Idk if 10 has remote assistance but I turn that stuff off completely

If you have not changed any of the defaults, it definitely happened before as requiring a reboot after the monthy "Patch Tuesday" updates are applied is typical. You probably just didn't notice before.

If windows 10 you have to change the settings for auto restarts when updates are applied to notify to schedule restart. If you didn't set these the machine will auto reboot during a normal "off hours" schedule set by M$.

This is almost guaranteed to be related to "patch tues". You can also go into appwiz.cpl and see recently installed updates. Not sure the "urgency" here. If you are concerned it's "malware" are you running something other than defender, are you using a good password, does your router have good protections. There are soooo many variables here.

My Windows 10 PC updated and restarted around 3 A.M. this morning. I remember hearing the Windows starting sound as I was falling asleep. KB4074588. No problems.

Yea omg i also opened a port for wakeonlan(but ip is not static)
But wakeonlan doesnt work if I don't open port..
