My Windows Update Keeps repeating updates..?

so i just reformatted and now my windows update keeps downloading and installing the same 4 updates... anyoe know of a fix to this?

Perhaps the downloads were damaged and installed incorrectly? See what updates they are, and download them individually directly from the Microsoft website without running windows update.

its weird, because everytime it says they were updated fine and none of them failed... but ill try that thanks
