It's a processed mosaic like 99.99% of all space images. Junocam isn't uber cool camera some stuff chopped off, background stars removed but then again it's better than some celebrity politics military and other crap

Two more images:

Juno spacecraft is so close to Jupiter (and Jupiter is so big) that it cannot capture the entire illuminated area in one image — the sides get cut off.

Again like @dorsetknob said quality isn't good because taking high quality images of Jupiter wasn't Juno's primary objective (primary objectives: Reveal information on Jupiter's magnetic field and evolution of its core)
