Hi,
Was wondering if anyone has experience with NComputing hardware? I'm trying to setup two l300 thin clients on a Dell Inspiron i5 4460 cpu mid tower Win 7 Pro 64 system and everytime the terminal connects into it Win 7 Pro starts the process of installing usb and UTMA bus drivers and then locks up in a hard freeze and will do it on every boot after that with or without the terminals connecting or not. I called ncomputing tech support and they said that there are issues with Dell Pcs locking up but I think we might be beyond our window to return those dells back to Staples. Anyone have experience with ncomputing?
Anyhow nComputing recommended reinstalling a fresh copy of win 7 with out Dell bloatware. Not optimistic that will do a thing. I tried this on two identical dells same result. Going to try new Intel Inf drivers. Think its a resource conflict issue..
Thanks
