I had a Corsair 540 and I wanted to try something different. This little guy caught my eye: https://www.rosewill.com/product/cullinan-px-blue-atx-blue-gaming-cube-computer-case/ It's a pretty snazzy dual chamber case and it's pretty tiny and temps seem to be pretty darn alright.

I'm pretty sure that's about as small as you can get while still using an ATX motherboard. I'm having two issues with it. I can't mount my Corsair h110i cooler in it and there's not enough clearance to to easily install my GPU. My GPU is an Asus 1070GTX Strix, not a small card. I got it in there, but not before a few panic attacks. The GPU get snagged up in the rear of the case and the PCIE power cable pushes up against the the side of the case which also isn't great.

So I'm kinda in the market for a different case (I sold my 540 a little too soon...) Most cases show off the GPU clearance by way of length, but not depth. Any suggestions? I'm sort of leaning towards an NZXT H500. The 500i is nice, but I only would be interested in the vertical GPU mount, so that's not really with $140 to me. Supposedly they fit 280mm radiators, but I can't find any posts about one hold a H110i. I'm also tempted towards a Corsair 740. Corsair's cubes just hold everything.

As an aside, the USB 3.0 cable from my Corsair 540 never seated correctly in my motherboard (Asus z270E) Anyone else have that issue?

I have not found a Phanteks ATX case that couldn't fit any card or cooler .... and I never had card width be an issue in any case at all. Most tower air coolers well exceed card width.

Phanteks 400S Tempered Glass
https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811854053

Max GPU Length Allowance = 395 mm .... Asus Stix is 11.73" (298 mm)
Max CPU Cooler Height Allowance = 160 mm .... Asus Stix is 5.28" (134 mm)

Will easily mount your H110i ... Up to 280mm or 360mm in front

That's quite the mod. Pretty cool. I like that cooler master, though it's a bit more massive than I'd like lol

So the GPU coolers are measured in height, but they lay horizontally. Cool.

I mean, my GPU does fit, but there is probably a micron of space between the corner of the case and the PCB lol. The Phanteks looks pretty good though.
