I had a Corsair 540 and I wanted to try something different. This little guy caught my eye: https://www.rosewill.com/product/cullinan-px-blue-atx-blue-gaming-cube-computer-case/ It's a pretty snazzy dual chamber case and it's pretty tiny and temps seem to be pretty darn alright.
I'm pretty sure that's about as small as you can get while still using an ATX motherboard. I'm having two issues with it. I can't mount my Corsair h110i cooler in it and there's not enough clearance to to easily install my GPU. My GPU is an Asus 1070GTX Strix, not a small card. I got it in there, but not before a few panic attacks. The GPU get snagged up in the rear of the case and the PCIE power cable pushes up against the the side of the case which also isn't great.
So I'm kinda in the market for a different case (I sold my 540 a little too soon...) Most cases show off the GPU clearance by way of length, but not depth. Any suggestions? I'm sort of leaning towards an NZXT H500. The 500i is nice, but I only would be interested in the vertical GPU mount, so that's not really with $140 to me. Supposedly they fit 280mm radiators, but I can't find any posts about one hold a H110i. I'm also tempted towards a Corsair 740. Corsair's cubes just hold everything.
As an aside, the USB 3.0 cable from my Corsair 540 never seated correctly in my motherboard (Asus z270E) Anyone else have that issue?
