it needs to be at least 750 watts but no more than 900 watts , have two sets dedicated sli /crossfire connections and have similar dimensions to below due to size restriction on my case , however, the length could go as high as 6.8. I would like to stay under 150.00 if possible. My current power supply can handle two 260 gtx but doesn't have enough power connections for my liking.

5.9inches x 5.5 inches x 3.38 inches (W x L x H) the length could be as high as 6.8 inches
150 x 140 x 86mm (W x L x H)

Take a good look at the AeroCool "Horse Power" PSU's

I recently got one sort of "taking a chance" as I had heard almost nothing about aerocool, apart from a few reviews that I could hardly believe, as they claimed as little as 0% voltage fluctuation.

This is the MOST STABLE PSU I have ever personally used - Here are some quick OCCT results for the 750 I am using right now. I used the GPU test for a few minutes as it draws quite a bit of power on both the GPU & CPU.

CPU RUNNING AT 3.1Ghz - For some reason OCCT detects my "IDLE" Clocks and not my active clocks :\

Below is a link to a review of the 650Watt - there is a 750 variant that's pretty much the same thing just 750Watt.

http://www.pureoverclock.com/review.php?id=692&page=6

Or perhaps just google them a little.

I would say get the modular 850 Wat Seventeam psu from the egg for $129.99. Seventeam just started making psu's under there own name but have been a OEM for years. A very good OEM at that.

Actually, if I upgrade, it will be to this PSU. A buddy of mine picked one up, and loves it. Really a great value.

I don't think so. Doesn't seem to be a quality unit and only 20A on the +12V rail... :wtf:

no you add all 4 rails my friend, thats a good psu as well. Mine are 18a now and they will run two 260gtx 55nm no problem.
