The r9 380 is basically minimum spec for those games... As in maybe 30fps
For comparison a RX570 at stock speed is about 40% faster at 1080p than the r9 380 and the RTX 2060 is about 75% faster than the rx570.

The difference will be noticeable. RX 580 is quite better in comparison to r 380. It easily beats r 390. If you get the card you will definitely see the difference in performance.

good builds for the price, but those 500 Gb SSDs are going to fill up real fast with just installing a few games (I had over 400 on mine inside of the first month having it). May be worth sticking with a larger HD at first until the OP can afford to add a 1000 Gb SSD. My 500 Gb SSD properties-

in past 4 years i was on 500gb ssd and never ran out of space. delete what you dont use often, use external hdd for long term storage and you are good to go

A 250 or 500 GB SSD will work great for the OS, Apps and a few games.
A 500 GB SSD and a decent sized HDD (or SSD) for file storage and backups is even better if possible.
I have a LOT of storage (4 SSDs and 3 HDDs) but my OS and APPs are on a 500 GB SSD and it is only using 73 GB.
I do have an 500 GB SSD I use just for games and a 500 GB SSD for streaming my movies, they are both currently about 1/2 full.

I manage a couple of installs on a 256GB SSD that's also holding system and software. You could easily get by with a 500GB SSD.

500GB ssd for system disk is plenty, you can always get more later on.

That is a great set of parts. I would add a 1TB or 2TB HDD for mass storage, unless you already have drive to use. Otherwise, you in good shape!

There's about 3 weeks left before next Ryzen lineup hits the shelves. I suggest holding off. If anything, prices on 2nd gen will go down even further.

there are vega 56 for 250eur in computer universe, maybe pick one of those, with the bios flash it seems to be worth looking for.
