Good Evening everyone!

I am planning to get a desk for my PC. Is it worth to try desk-pc build and get rid of PC case? Main problem is that its getting too dusty in room where my PC is. So it will be kinda hard to clean a desk-pc compared to a case.
And I have a Logitech G29 and Oculus VR, need space for them too in desk. Overall I want to build something which can accommodate my PC gears. The size I am looking for is around 8x2.5 feet or 10x2.5 feet. even 2feet wide is suffice.
Height isn't much an issue.

So, any design ideas?

If you are asking about a desk that will hold an entire pc inside of it, there are a few of them available, with a pc included, but they are hella mucho deniro....

Even if you have the skills, tools, and materials available to build your own, it will still not be a cheap undertaking which will require some engineering & design effort beforehand to get it right the 1st time. Thats why the prebuilt ones are so expensive :)

As for the dimensions, either 8ft or 10ft x 2.5ft would be just about perfect, which will allow plenty of space for everything plus some left over for accessories, peripherals etc....

I recently bought 4x heavy-duty, 2" thick x 8ft long x 2.5ft deep commercial-grade hardwood "workbenches" with really heavy-duty steel frames & adjustable legs to use as computer desks, and they are great. Granted I did not enclose my pc within them, but it still was probably the best $2k I've ever spent for office/computer stuff... I got them from Sam's club in case anyone is wondering :)
