all i have right now is x1900xtx, a new motherboard ASUS P5W DH, and the Pentium D930 which will hang around until i can get a conroe in this board. what RAM, newegg just goes on forever and ever i cant decide between brands and speeds, i will be overclocking a little, i currently have 2 gigs of PQi DDR2 667 which were alright until one of them died, still dont know which one but...i dont want to spend more than $300, and hopefully something close to or cheaper than $250 is possible for a 2GB kit...

ok, now should i get the ddr2 800 corsair, or the ddr2 1066 corsair because i can probably use either and most likely will have the memory clocked higher than 800, how far up is dependant on what my components can deal with...

and all the corsair shit seems so similar, can someone point me to the good stuff?

you dont need 1066 the 800 is the same ram o just get whatever the beest you can get for how much money you got is

well i ended up getting Corsair Dominator 6400 without the fan...seems like it is working pretty decent...

I would recommend Corsair Xm2 6400. I have a Asus P5B Deluxe and very pleased
