I thought I could use a sharp point solder pen but it looks like there is not much of an edge to solder to. I can clean off the edge and try to re-solder it. I have a rework station but the one time I used the hot air device it didn't get hot enough to melt old solder.
The device is marked 330. I have a defective vid board with chips that look similar but they are marked 430
clean with alcohol and stiff chem brush and then...
1. Use sharp tip and solder
2. put tiny dab of solder on joint and try the air device?
Just zoomed in at the image and C766 is missing. This just got more complicated. Have no idea what size cap is the correct replacement. The two "parts only" board I got do not have those type of caps.
