Need better cooling for O/c

K, so its Australia, summer, around 32*C everyday.

I wanna o/c my q6600.

However, my Zalamn 9500CNPS isn't doing a good enough job. The coolest core sits at 45*C idle. I was thinking of a cheap Watercooling setup say, maybe the Thermaltake big water 760i?

However, i've heard people say its rather loud an ineffient? is this true?
(like, hd3870 leafblower @ 100% speed loud or...?)


Also, would i be better off with a better air hsf?

my budget is around $200, oh and i want to be able to get atleast 3.0ghz out of this baby.

Custom water is the best bet. Avoid Thermaltake water cooling products. Not very good.

If worse comes to worst, and you can't piece together a custom kit for your budget, look into the Swiftech kits.

That would be OK, but look into piecing a kit together yourself first. Need a pump, rad, res, cpu block, tubing, clamps and fittings. I'm not sure of good places to shop in Aus.
