I'm guessing you've already had a good search, so you could try Windows Update, under the optional updates section.

You should be able to just run the setup file inside the archive that Drone pointed you to. That should install the driver and might also install an app to import the scan too.

Just looked at BenQ's support page, it doesn't mention about the driver being Windows 7 compatible, or even Vista compatible.

If Drone's find doesn't work out, then try Windows Update.

The scanner might have installed silently (no notification). You can see if the scanner's installed silently (quickest way) by opening up Paint, clicking File and checking to see if the Scan option is greyed out/clickable (see attachment)
