Not sure if I'll play this game. Seems games should be evolving beyond night only unless it's vital to the theme, such as Batman games. And the way the rubber banding is being described here doesn't exactly inspire me.

Oh man, this is such bullshit. Bought Porsche 911 GT3 RS and guess what, can't fucking customize anything on it. Again. This is stupid. Every car that I want can't be customized. I bet if I'd buy god damn Honda Civic I could turn it into a Christmas tree. But god forbid I'd want slightly more aggressive front mask and sideskirts. Nope, can't have those. But I can pick 1 hood design though. One!

In other news, EA has just released an update which adds 5 more garage places, new hot rods, new drag race missions, gas stations now repair your car and police stations are now marked on the map so you have easier time finding cops to even start daily challenges. And bunch of other small goodies... It's alright I guess considering it's free. Still doesn't address bunch of other things that are far from alright...

Sorry to disappoint, but no. That's the car I was talking about the rear lights, reached the appropriate level to unlock them, but after that none were available! Only one hood also, and it's CARBON..
I think I'll give drag racing a try, not getting my hopes up though.

Nothing fancy....a compromise in fact.
It turns out i am not allowed exclusive access to our rebuilt conservatory so there is a need for a TV and a 32 " will fit perfectly. I am sure it will be fine for gaming and i will probably use my 24 " at the same time.

Heh, I thought I'd be special by keeping my cars mostly stock with mild customizations, but I see now that only customization are those stupid vinyls which are too clumsy to be even bothered by them.

This is lol. That's exactly what I wanted to do. Buy a car, change only the parts that look a bit off @ stock, new coat of paint, some nice wheels and that's it.
The vinyls seem a powerful tool to me, but I also can't be bothered, too old to like things like that. A 8 year old with enough time could make some great skins.

Cops are incredibly underwhelming up till you get to 3 flames, but even then they are slow and rubbish. Doing daily challenges is so horribly boring because it involves 10 minutes of waiting cops to slowly crawl to you so you can finish the objectives. It's stupid. In original Most Wanted you had to work quite hard to escape any cop, but here you can escape after 2 corners. It's idiotic and boring. And I really liked the cooldown zones in Most Wanted. The longer you evaded, the longer it took to cool down. And you had to use cooldown zones to speed up cooldowns, but at the same time you risked being spotted again. It was a brilliant system EA decided not to use for whatever stupid reason.

Lol i did some of the challenges to get the damn plat on PS4 which took the p*ss and yeah i agree most wanted was a real challenge.

Just bought Ford Focus yesterday. It has 1060 HP now XD I quite like it. Has a really nice grumpy engine tone.

And I've painted it in Ford's Hot Magenta color hihi. Loved that color on Ford Fiesta's from ~2010.

It's not. The whole game has very little long term value, not the one worth investing into super expensive Deluxe version. Single player campaign/story is boring and has no substance and multiplayer is equally as boring. Stupid non existent lobbies, no players around and even less willing to actually play. The new speed lists don't even work. Tried several times and it never ever found any race to join. Pathetic. NFS Hot Pursuit 2010 is 6 years old and you can still find players here and there, this thing is brand new and it's basically dead from the get go. Ugh. Pointless. NFS The Run is the last really enjoyable NFS. Maybe it doesn't have such replayability and multiplayer was rubbish, but the story was really awesome and race across entire America unforgettable. This one is alright to race about for several hours and then forget about the game. And if cops weren't so horrendously rubbish, I'd even stick around. But they are so crap it's pointless.

This game (NFS 2016) is how not to make a reboot. Doom 2016 on the other hand, this is how you make a frigging franchise reboot. But some just never learn...
