Need Graphic card and Ram under 10000 rs/-

hey guys i have a huge confusion about buying graphic card and ram for my pc ... my current configuration is

PROCESSOR -- AMD Phenom 2 x4 955 Black edition 3.2 GHZ Quad core processor

Graphic card - MSI N250GTS 1 GB DDR3

RAM 2 GB -- 1333 MHZ

MOTHERBOARD -- Asus M4A785TD-V EVO

Monitor -- LG 19 inch Flatron w1934s

POWER SUPPLY -- TAGAN Stone rock TG 500-U37 500 wats

i wish to upgrade my Graphic card and Ram config with 10000 rs /- with 8 gb ram .... so want to know which graphic card and ram should i buy . i want 8 GB ram , should i take 1 x 8gb ram or 2 x 4 gb ram . also i have found that ZOTAC NVIDIA GeForce GT 630 Synergy Edition 4gb is for 5200 rs /- on flipkart but after doing research here mostly all of them told not to buy that graphic card so which should i buy if the budget goes around 11000 rs/- then its not a problem , just want to buy good stuff for gaming . GIVE as much as details you have about ddr3 - ddr5 comparision . thanks

With your price range and specs there is no need to buy a 4GB card, we would really need to know what games you are intending on playing before we could suggest the right card, as for the ram get 2 sticks (4GBx2).

PS fill out your system specs on your profile then there is no need for you to list what you have, it will be under your name ( like mine )

Also, that card is a low-end card, so it wouldn't even be able to use 4 gigs of vram (games that would use that amount would most probably run like a slideshow on it).

Also, you could check the sale thread here on tpu, a lot of folk sell stuff for a decent price .

i love to play all games

i love to play all games but mostly i play games like GTA4 looking forward for GTA5 ... Arkham city & asylum was great ... so basically love to play all types of games but i dont play strategy games like diablo and other games like that ... so what do you guys suggest because i already have a graphic card - MSI N250GTS 1 GB DDR3 - www.msi.com/product/vga/N250GTS-2D1G.html#/?div=Specification , and want to buy a new graphic card under 10000 rs /- which is better than this one . so can you suggest some good graphic cards which will give double performance than my current graphic card.

2x4gb of ram instead of 1x8 as with two sticks it will run in dual channel mode and be slightly more responsive.
One of my two DDR3 sticks died on me this morning and in BIOS time alone it has added and extra 4 seconds.
you can get used gtx 4xx's on the fs thread here for upwards of $75 which would be a strong upgrade from the gts 250.

will it be a waste of money if i buy a new gpu under 10000 rs

some people told me " why u r wasting ur money dont buy GPU now , ur GPU gts 250 is nice one which will run games at high graphics but it will lag on ultra high , there is not much of a difference between those two graphic card gtx 650 and gts 250 or any other gpu under 12000 rs . it will only increase ur performance by little bit which will be good but its not worthy to spend 10000 rs and buy a new graphic card just to switch from ddr3 to ddr5 and dx10 to dx 11 which will increase your little bit graphic performance " ... what do u say guys ? is this true ? should i buy new graphic card or will it be a waste of money if i buy a new one under 10000 rs . the site which u provide it also indicate the same thing ... i dont think there is a major difference in every aspect of gpu infact it shows that " Texel Rate " of gts 250 is higher than gtx 650 ... is there any other gpu under 12000 rs which will double the performance in every aspect of my Gpu GEFORCE GTS 250 so that it will be worhty to buy a new graphic card.

The technology on it will be newer, directx 11 and such. Its a nice card, plays the newest games up to medium. although the bf4 beta isnt that smooth. since alot of games are gonna be amd optimized, also look for an amd alternative, like hd 7770, wich is more bang for buck.

7770 is faster then the GTX650, for that price I would get the AMD, get 2x4GB DDR3 ram (run dual channel) THE END

amazon and newegg are one and the same card. flipkart hasnt added card partN but from pictures looks like it same too.

1. stay away from XFX graphics.
2. if you going to keep that 19" monitor 7870 is overkill. this will be enough for it.
3. if you going to upgrade to 1080p and you r ok to play on mid settings this one is for you
4. if you going on 1080p and want high/ultra setings pick wharever you can afford of those and enjoy
