[Need help] GPU Fan with high RPM

Hi,

I would like to ask how can I fix this, cpu-z reports 48% fan speen only but the RPM ramps up to 3.3k

I'd say the card is reporting the wrong PWM reading for the fan.
At that temp and fan speed % it should be a lot lower.
Faulty sensor on the card.

Thanks Caring1 for your reply, however, I can hear my fan (the middle one only) spin so fast.

Is there any way to control this? afterburner and precision can't change the rpm too...
