hi everybody i havent been on i quite a while because my computer has been fine, but now my dad's laptop has incountered a problem with firefox. when you go to load firefox up it doesn't want to no. it keeps saying that windows has encountered a problem with firefox and needs to download.
he is running on windows vista home premium.
we tryed to re-download firefox the latest version but that didn't want to know ether.
please could people get back and help. thank you very much.
