Hello!

Manli RTX 2080
TU104-400-A1 (i know because i had it disassembled)
M-NRTX2080/6RGHPPP-M3423
BIOS 90.40.23.40.BF (gpuz info)

I recently changed the paste to liquid metal conductonut from thermal grizzly and the results are surprising, 65C under stress tests or benchmarks with +1000mhz for VRAM and up to 2.0GHZ

The question is, and I couldn’t find any info on bios flashing for this card, can I flash the bios from:

Inno3D RTX 2080 X3 Gaming OC

Probably not, your chip doesn't support Factory overclock.
If you want more from your current card try MSI's Afterburner and crank it all up as far as it will go.

Yeah sadly there are no BIOS for non-A 2080 chip with higher Power Limit (max 240W), the only way for you to bypass the power limit is shunt modding.
