the motherboard im looking at is tuf gaming x-570 plus im open to any motherboard maker or any sound card that will give me the analog output and neo pc or if theres a solution to encode dolby aswell from a stereo signal i havent looked into this aspect since like 2016 but i need to upgrade any help or guidance would be most aprecaited ill be running windows 10 and maybe 11 down the road thx alot

You will be happy with a S1220A, you can ignore the ALC version (to a degree) with the 1220 series. These ALC's all support the features you want, but have to be licensed (plus relevant driver, files).
As far as finding a specific model of motherboard that has licensed these features and provided drivers, I am unable to recommend one. I am running an unlocked driver.

I will let other's post what models have the exact features you want, just thought I'd point out you can use almost any chip.

I have an Asus Prime Pro x570 | S1220A+Crystal Sound 3 (ALC1168)

thx ferather i precaite the response ive been doing alot of reading on here and im glad you weighed in i know you know your stuff, when you say licensed do you mean buying dts sound unbound? is the license i would require? i have an old version of that file that is apparently unlocked, although i dont mind purchasing a license of anything i require, what i really like about what im running now is the room correction i can set levels for individual channels when i was reading threw optional drivers (work arounds) it looks like i may lose that feature? any input is aprecaited thx

Well in short you are looking for Neo-PC to get stereo to 5.1 (expand upmix), which the Z-5500 can do (I think also Neo) at the unit (should be both analogue and digital).
The software version is certainly more convenient (leaving the Z-5500 in 5.1 mode). I would look for a Neo-PC motherboard with 1220.

Normally if the mobo has DTS Neo-PC is should come with DTS Interactive (SPDIF 5.1 encoder). If not, there is a custom driver plus Equalizer APO to upmix.
