Need help with me x800xl

i have it a little ocerclocked

then i click the mem thing and all those thing come up like 7clocks and whatnot (in the pic the winndow on the left) and they have different seting for each clock

now my question is can i rise and of those to improve prefomance on my card or shlould i just rise and drop the window on the left wichi have to about 420 and 520

I would advise you to just sticking with the core/mem frequency overclocking. Those mem settings are the timings, most don't play with those on video cards were there are so many and they can cause instability quickly if one is set wrong. They will increase performance, but can be easily messed up. Your best performance will come out of the frequencies for core/mem.
