need help with monitor the computers connected to my router

can anyone one tell me how to monitor and control how much each computer to download or to control the Internet speed for each computer in my router....

It depends on the router. You will have to read through it's manual to see if such options are available.

I have that router, and as far as I saw the stock firmware was essentially useless. However, have a look into DD-WRT and see if this Firmware gives you anything you are looking for.

There are a few different firmwares you can look into for more advanced features. Just be careful when installing your choice.

I like Tomato for my WRT54G firmware. It works well, and is easier than DD-WRT.
