Benchmark Scores 1410 in un heaven, not useless yet
you are not likely to pull more than 200w on that system without a dedicated gpu, or alot of periphrials attached to it at stock speeds, more if heavily overclocked

The GPU thatI am goin to get is a GTX 1660 Super 6GB how much watts in total will i use with this GPU

1660S definitely draws under 200 watts at max, 650W will be very sufficient.
I would rather downgrade the mobo and CPU to a 10400F or 11400F if the GPU is only a 1660S. Also probably remove the HDD and upgrade the SSD to a 1TB version, 500G is a bit small from my experience.

I think it is important to ask what @Billy_Maze_Here is intending to use the computer for. Parts lists is only part of the decision making when it comes to building a computer.

I seconded that you might want to ditch the HDD and increase your SSD to 1TB.

Or if you want to keep using HDD, why not get the 4+ TB one. 1TB is like the worst bang for buck.
