Intel mobile CPU T2300.

Why they say socket type PBGA479, PPGA478 ?
Whats the good one and why?
I would like to use the parts from an old Dell Inspiron 640M and find an older mini-itx that i can put the cpu and memory on it.

BGA is soldered.

And good luck finding an itx board for that. They are very rare, and if you find one it will likely be expensive.

I seen some on ebay. I might take a look. I have so many parts around here that I could build things with it but all I need is motherboards.

They exist, but they usually are pretty expensive. At least the ones I've seen. Also you have to make sure they are compatible. check and doublecheck.

An idea for laptops is to turn a laptop without monitor into an all-in-one.
