The LX-3600W is a power supply with a size of 300 x 190 x 80 (width x depth x height), which makes it practically two atx power supplies 150 mm wide side by side.
There are also two fans on the top, and the side with the cables shows two additional fans with a smaller size.
The power must be a hefty 3600 watts, something a normal plug at 120 volts cannot. Therefore, the power supply has a 160V-260V input.

The design has an active PFC and must have an efficiency of up to 90%. On the sticker on the side we find the text '90 Plus Platitium ',
which is probably a spelling error for 80 Plus Platinum. This designation requires an efficiency of at least 89%.
The bizarre power supply therefore does not meet the minimum certificate requirements,
and the equally bizarre error on the sticker makes us suspect that it will not be the most reliable power supply.
On the back we find two bundles of ketchup and mustard colored cables, including a hefty sixteen 6 + 2 pin cables for expansion boards.

It does not seem to have a warranty period, but it's for sale for 62,690 Indian rupees. , this is 710 euros.

Just another Frankenstein product for toy money mining. Their own "90 Plus" and ketchup & mustard cables tells already that this pretty much isn't a top tier unit. Also, this has a C14 inlet as usually quality units starts to have C20 at around 1000-1200W range.

That is just a mass of confusion and misinformation.

What says it "must" have an efficiency up to 90%? Do you have some other documentation for this?

And "up to" means nothing. 50% would meet that criteria. So pure marketing hogwash.

There is no such thing as 90 PLUS. And no doubt that is NOT a "spelling" error. The various 80 PLUS logos are registered trademarks and their use (as well as shape, size, font, color, etc.) is strictly controlled. No company can "legally" use any of the 80 PLUS logos without expressed permission from CLEARResult (formally Plug Load Solutions) - the company behind 80 PLUS certifications. PSU manufacturers, that are authorized, can easily grab the appropriate image files from the company. That means someone had to sit down and create the 90 PLUS logo - intentionally. It then went through multiple hands before it ended up being printed on the box.

Clearly that 90 PLUS is intended to look like the 80 PLUS logos in an attempt to fool unsuspecting buyers. :( So that is more pure marketing hogwash and intentional deception.

I am NOT saying it is not a functional PSU. It might even be that efficient. But what that fake 90 PLUS logo tells me is the company never submitted that PSU to CLEAResult for testing and certification. That would make me wonder why and suspect it could not pass the certification criteria.

And note in the source article, it says the PSU is from "an unnamed Chinese manufacturer".

It is highly unlikely we will ever see that PSU in the US, EU, UK or any other country that honors international copyright and IP laws.

the idea is good just pair 2 psu so it will give us 3600 watts, if you need more power then just multiply it, so 4 psus will give us 7200 watts

If this thing is real, it probably doesn't need one. I'm guessing it's made for mining, and the majority of serious mining machines use weird racks designed with mining in mind. It wouldn't be much of a problem to use a power supply like this with such a rack.

AC Input 180V * 10A = 1800W
After applying 90 PLUS Platitum standard (90% consumed by PSU. It explains why this PSU so big) we can get up to 180W.

It's like when I sold my GTX 580 waterblocks that were corroded during the EK fiasco. I advertised them as already corroded so you don't have to worry when they'll corrode!

Looks like a generic mining PSU. Pretty sure it's just a pair of 750W units with protections disabled, just like everything else that's been before it.

Ummm, none of that makes sense.

Forget the 90 PLUS. We already know that is bogus and that supply is not certified.

90% efficiency does NOT mean "90% consumed by PSU". If anything, it means 10% consumed by PSU, but even that is not really right.

What 90% efficiency really means is for every 100W the power supply provides to the computer (motherboard, CPU, GPU, RAM, drives, fans, etc.), 111W is pulled from the wall (111 x .9 = 99.9). The other ~10W is wasted in the form of heat.

It is highly unlikely we will ever see that PSU in the US, EU, UK or any other country that honors international copyright and IP laws.
It's for 160-260V so without a transformer it won't work on US power grid.

the idea is good just pair 2 psu so it will give us 3600 watts, if you need more power then just multiply it, so 4 psus will give us 7200 wat
This is a better solution as it already shares a common ground whereas 2 psus will not share a comman ground and can cause issues

Oh, Bill, dear dear Bill... Sarcasm and jokes really are lost on you aren't they

To be fair people online say things like "Hillary Clinton is literally the Anti-christ" and "the world really is flat" and they actually mean it.

I have lots to say about this and the very concept of "smart" but I won't.
