I need one ASAP.

My crap generic psu died(will be getting a FSP brand) and took the atx12v port on my mobo with it so obviously i need a new one. Please dont tell me to get a newer LGA 1366, etc boards because i am squeezed by my budget and i do not plan to upgrade anything else.

Rank the following in ascending order from best to worst:

ASRock G41C-VS/ASRock G41C-GS
Asus P5G41-M LE
Foxconn G41MX-F
MSI G41TM-P33
Asus P5G41C-M LX
Gigabyte GAG41M-ES2L

I can only get my hands on these and their prices differ only by $1-$2 here in my place

price ?

If you have PENTIUM 4 OR PENTIUD D , I believe is better for you to go in other platform !

AMD ATHLON II QUAD CORE X4 640 3,0Ghz & ASROCK 770DE or better MSI 785GTM-E45 for 140 $ is the best value for money choice !!!

Worst
MSI G41TM-P33 (will require ddr3, you probably have ddr2)
Asus P5G41C-M LX
ASRock G41C-VS/ASRock G41C-GS
Foxconn G41MX-F
Gigabyte GAG41M-ES2L
Asus P5G41-M LE
Best

This is based upon a bit of performance, and a bit of personal preference. At this price point there isn't much differentiation between boards, and you need to ride on experience with company. Both Gigabyte and Asus have excelent track records with me. I am hard pressed to choose between Asus and Gigabyte, because either should be good for what you're looking at.

Personal choice: Gigabyte GAG41M-ES2L
Recommendation: Asus P5G41-M LE

Now was that so hard? Really, people need to read what the thread starter is about. Sometimes a huge budget is a luxury that everyone cannot afford.

I will be getting the Foxconn G41MX-F 2.0.

Here are the specs.

Will my Pentium D 820 work on this boards since it is not listed in the processors? I hope it will since its FSB is 800mhz. I've also checked the list of tested CPUs where C2Qs with 95W TDP passed so hopefully mine will work because a Pentium D 820 has a TDP of 95W.;

Fingers Crossed...
