Need of new ram

Hey all!

Ive got some spare cash, so i thought i would blow em on some new ram!

I was thinking of some
OCZ Technology 4GB KIT DDR2 PC2-8500 1066MHz CL5 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227269)

Are they any good? Or do you guys recomend i get something else?

I'm not sure on the price in the US, but I love my G Skill Black PIs. They will do 1100mhz at 2.1v. There were cheap over here, but as I say, not sure on the price in the states.

Im in denmark, but im just posting a newegg link, as most people are from the us

Ive ben using corsair for all the computers ive build, but im thinking about trying something new.
Ive got those cheapo corsair thats in my specs. They are okay, but they limit my overclock on my e8400! And i think that running 4 sticks limits it even more.

I'm surprised by that. I had Corsair TwinX stuff and was getting 1000Mhz out of it at as low as 2v.

If you're running 4 sticks just up the volts going to the northbridge, should help you with the overclock.

I've not used OCZ since the DDR days, heard there DDR2 wasn't brilliant. So I stuck with Crucial, G Skill and Corsair, none of them have let me down.

I've had bad luck with Corsair. I hear they're not great unless you opt for the expensive stuff.

I've stuck with OCz or G.Skill recently.

your mobo is not sli ready, and ocz doesnt have the pointless yet cool dhx cooler and the dominator was always the top notch memory, so go with the dominator

1200mhz 24/7 can be yours if you buy my ram. I am getting desparate. If you want good budget RAM get G.Skill Pi Black 800mhz.
