Need original VBIOS for Gigabyte GTX 1050 Ti GV-N105TOC-4GD with Hynix memory

Hi everyone,
I’m looking for the original VBIOS for my Gigabyte GTX 1050 Ti GV-N105TOC-4GD. The card has Hynix memory, which is clearly printed on the memory chips.

Unfortunately, the card was flashed with the wrong BIOS in the past, and now I’m trying to restore it. Most of the available BIOS files online (TechPowerUp included) seem to be for Samsung, Micron, or Elpida memory – but I couldn’t find one for Hynix.

Problem:
The card works fine in Windows without drivers, but as soon as I install the NVIDIA driver, the screen gets artifacts – grainy image, color blocks, and glitches. Clearly a VBIOS/memory mismatch.

Details:

Model: GV-N105TOC-4GD

SN: 181941019995

VRAM: 4GB GDDR5 Hynix

If possible, I’d also appreciate knowing the correct VBIOS version name (e.g. 86.07.xx.xx.xx) used for this card.

If anyone has the same card and can share a GPU-Z BIOS dump, it would really help.
Thanks in advance!

You can find it in vga bios collection

Also youtube has a good video on flashing the card

Whats your current VBIOS version?

Make its backup and post a screenshot of main GPU-Z window here before flashing anything.

Regarding the Hynix support - it seems to be added only in post-initial-release production, so it is available only as user-uploaded variant, not as official one from review sample.

Thanks for the replay.
Here is my current VBIOS version and GPU-Z screen shot attached.

I was not aware Hynix was only supported in later Bios versions that make sense now. Hopefully someone with a matching card can share their VBIOS.

The VBIOS currently on the card is clearly incorrect .

Thanks again for your help.

Yes, this bios i dowloaded from techpowerup in hope it will be the right one. But unfortunately its not correct.
Just to add: I also downloaded and tested a few other VBIOS files from TechPowerUp for the same model, and some of them did show the BIOS version correctly in GPU-Z. But the current one (GV-N105TOC-4GD/FL0/099B) doesn’t show any BIOS version at all in GPU-Z.

That’s why I suspect this specific BIOS file might be corrupted, modified, or not fully compatible – even if it's supposed to support Hynix memory.

So I’m still hoping someone with the exact same card and Hynix memory can upload their own BIOS dump.

Thanks again for your help!

Already checked all VBIOS files on TechPowerUp – none worked properly for my Hynix version.

Gigabyte refuses to provide even the original VBIOS version number, and keeps sending me to the retailer.
The retailer sends me back to Gigabyte.

If anyone owns GV-N105TOC-4GD with Hynix memory, please share a BIOS dump.
Would be a huge help. Thanks.

Did you look in the Unverified oploads? For example this one which seems a match ..............

Thanks, I already tried this BIOS as well and it didn't work.

I think the only option is if someone who has the same card could provide a working BIOS. Probably the only way.

All the bioses in our GPU database are uploaded via Techpowerup's GPU-Z utility so it's pretty safe to say that they are from working cards. In the unverified section there are a few for your card.

Thanks. I've already tried multiple BIOSes, including those from the unverified section.
Some show artifacts after driver install, some don't even show BIOS version in GPU-Z.

That's why I'm asking specifically for a confirmed working dump from a GV-N105TOC-4GD with Hynix memory.
TechPowerUp’s database is great – but in this case, not complete.
