Need overclocking help and advice

I have a PM965 chipset with a 800Mhz FSB and 2 GB Ram running on Vista 32-bit. I understand the hazards of overclocking a laptop, but I have yet to find a way to overclock it on the internet. I can't seem to find any guide or walkthrough for my particular chipset. I did find a listing on ExtremeOverclocking.com listing someone who overclocked this particular chipset but I don't know how he did it. Any advice you guys can give me would be awesome.

Try in the must have programs sticky. some of the softFSB programs may help you overclock.
