Need script?? and how??

i have been working on my sisters xmas gift...a micro system designed for media and internet....it has a tv tuner in it and i would like to have the tv tuner to auto turn on when windows is started and go into full screen.....wasnt sure how to do this if anyone has any ideas that could help me it would make a nicer gift....

Just write a batch file that executes on startup or a C++ program, I'm sure they have API calls that will do it A macro program would also work
