    Hi, i got this PC

Phenom 9600 x4 2.3 ghz in stock i got it with stock cooling
MOTHER BOARD Ecs A780GM-A Black series its suports ddr 1066
    2Gb corsair dhx ddr2 800
PSU coolmax 500w model m-500b eps power supply

well the thing is , i cant get over the 2.6ghz 228 fsb with 1.336v in the v core and 2.1v in the memory so im thinking in two things 1 the sistem gets unstable because the memory is not at pair (1/1) with the fsb (because if you see in the cpu z the memory its in 449mhz from 400 default) Or 2 the sistem its unstable because the processor temps at non full its in 46 and in full load its in 52 did i need to change the sistem cooler or the sistem its unstable because the power supply its too low? what do you guys think
