Needed: AGP graphics card

First, alo folks im back again

now down to the issue at hand. my 11yr old nieces 9800pro she had died, she loves playing doom3 (seriously) so u can probs guess shes pretty upset so i was wondering if anyone had a cheapy or "junky" AGP vid card laying around. doesnt need to be special just like a 5700 ultra or 9600xt or something similar to that.

you can get a 9600 pro on ebay for about $15 and alot of people will ship to the uk. it looks like you could get a 9800 pro for about $20 so i would look there!

I have a spare 9600xt 256mb but it artifacts a bit at stock speeds. I'm willing to sell it to you but I have no method of receiving money (no paypal account, no bank account, etc.)

If you can't find a replacement card, I'll call up Visiontek and try to fix it (it says "lifetime warranty"

), and I'll try to figure out a way to do the transaction. Until then, keep waiting for more offers since I can't guarantee that I'll be able to send it to you.

If you ship it via the United States Postal Service (USPS), you can get it to the UK for about $13 (you'll see mentions of it in Pogeybait and Infrared's modding service). And after you convert all that to British Pounds Sterling, Ketxxx you're getting a very nice deal

. I remember back when 9800's were really good graphics cards. I wish I could have gotten one for $33 shipped.

Got a 9800 XT here for sale (was 'sold' to someone here, but that fell thru, due to their parent's objection iirc) if you want it to replace yours.

Price? Subject to what the low-end 'going rate' for it might be @ places like pricewatch.com I suppose, & then a "bit lower" for you, since I know you & all that from THIS site.

Let me know, or not, up to you. It's probably MORE than what you want, but it's in perfect working order, has all the boxes & such w/ it etc.
