I am teaching my younger sibling how to be more independent in troubleshooting and asking around forums instead of just asking me to help fix his computer problems all the time. So when I helped him create his own TPU account to do so, he got rejected? Is there any way around this? Do I or my sibling have to move out of our own house? Can't I teach them to be independent and learn to fix their own stuff and asking others on their own instead of asking through me? Do I need to lend him my account or give it to him outright?
