I'm on 2700x with latest chipset driver and do not have this on windows 10 1903 enterprise, possibly plan available only on 3xxx series cpus? Anyway thx for sharing.

interesting, i'd try windows update.… or just keep checking each day as it wasn't like that yesterday for me... although it could of been when I reinstalled the chipset driver.
that might be a lead...
