Same engine. Same graphics. Anyway I couldn't link some of the screens so you guys might want to click the source. To me these graphics are DEEPLY lacking. Textures, models you name it.

Treyarch's Call of Duty: Black Ops looks good. I was impressed with the game's graphics and environments back before E3 and these new screenshots are no different. The fidelity of the game has really benefited from using the Modern Warfare 2 engine, no doubt along with further improvements developed by Treyarch.
Call of Duty: Black Ops is set to be released on November 9 for the PC, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Wii (though the Wii version won't look like this).
