New Build Not Working

Forget to connect the 4pin AUX power to the mobo?
Don't take offense when I mention this but sometimes we oversee the littlest things.

HAHA!! My brother and I spent 20 minutes trying to get a PC to work before only to realise that the 4 pin power wasn't connected!! So obvious that we don't think of these things. Alas, it is connected.

Looks like I'm going to RMA the board. Can't try the CPU in any other motherboard either unfortunately!

Can you try all the other parts in a different computer - RAM for instance?

wait, did you try turning the monitor off and then on again after you cleared the bios and changed your settings? this happened to me once and the monitor would not switch from standby to on mode by itself when i switched settings. it took me 20 minutes to realize that i was getting a signal i just needed to manually turn the monitor on.
