Hey guys, I need some advice based on the power draw of two geforce 295's in SLI and an Intel core i7 920 processor. I am thinking 1000W but will that be enough? should I just be assured and get a 1200W power supply? any recommendations would be nice.
I don't know how frequently you see someone building a new rig with these components but just so you guys understand how i'm affording this, family in greece sold their stores so I get a healthy paycheck as the 18 year old son haha (and ive been saving).

Thanks for all responses.

You should do fine with a good 1000W. The GTX295s are actually less power hungry than you'd think. Measured power for one card (that's the card alone mind you) was about 214W. The HD4870X2 in comparison draws a bit more.
