new card and i cant see my task bar!!!

hi all
i just got a new card today and installed it but once windows had loaded up all i got was my background without any task bar and i dont have a clue how to get it bk apart from goin bk to my intergrated graphics anybody got any thoughts. ohhh the card is a 7300 gt with 128Mb of gddr3 and it does not matter what resolution the card is at either

hopefully you know how to install your gcard (follow the manual).

1) uninstall drivers and software for old gcard.

2) turn off you, insert card, and turn on

3) verify bios to see if initial video is set to what ever the gcard interface is (pcie or agp)

4) install driver and software for new card

5) game on moe-pucker!

thank you that worked very well thanks i didnt think i would have to change the drivers since they were both nivida one was internal and the new card was pcix but seems to be working ok thanks

PCI-E, PCI-X is something completely different :)
