Hey guys, I am deciding on a new case to get quite soon and I have a few options in mind. I need a case with good space and cooling as well. My options are as follows,

Antec 900
Lian Li PC-7yfc with 23CM side fan
Aerocool T-gun Pro
Coolermaster 690

These are the cases within my price range. If anybody knows of a case with a large side fan (23CM+) and a large top fan (23CM+) then please let me know.

So, over to you, which Case do you think I should get?

The case also needs to fit a Sapphire HD4870 reference card in it

Thanks

Man that Lian Li is tight! I'd get that one. Or the 690. But 1st choice would be the Lian Li.

I have not yet voted, most of those are decent and most of them have their shortcomings, if size, practicality and cooling are your priorities might I suggest the one at the link I have provided, I dont know where you live so not sure how it compares price wise with those on your shortlist, it may well be a little more expensive but over here at least, it's not as pricey as the Armour and for cooling, there is not much to touch it with three 230mm fans, a 140mm and a couple of 120mm!!!

I just looked at that case before logging back on here, gonna read some reviews tonight and ill think about it. Its the same price as the armor here, but if i could get it imported i could probably get it!

Don't know where you are, but where I am the HAF and the Antec 1200 are about the same price. The Haf has far more potential. Of the options you listed, I'd go with the 690. have the younger brother, the CM 590, and it's alot of case for the money. And a truck load of 120mm fans can do wonders.

I have an Antec Armor case for sale at the moment pretty cheap. It's in the For Sale forum.

If you have the cash for a HAF, I would go for it. That's what I have now.

@King Wookie the key to where I live is in my name BradleyKZN;) but the Armor and HAF are over my price range here in South Africa, so im gonna see if I can get it imported for cheaper. Here it is about R1800 but in Australia it works out to about R1200 but I dont know how much shipping would cost. If I can get the HAF for close to that then I most certainly will:rockout:

I dont like the looks of that cosmos S at all, but thanks,

ALot of you have said the 690, may I ask what it has in terms of cooling?
Does anyone know of a site where I can see a good roundup of the cooling performance of various cases?
