Are you sure about that? You can get a 3800+ and just overclock it to 4200+ speeds and have some extra money for a little extra. Its only a 200 mhz difference.

i would dump the Asus A8N-E,
the NF4 vanilla or Ultra are hardly worth it, the ULI 1697 boards from Asrock or Epox perform just as well, have sli and cost less then a NF4 Ultra board,

if you do plan to go ahead with a NF4 board, scrap asus, put in a Abit, DFI, or Gigabyte,
asus hasnt been pumping out good AMD boards latley.

the X850XT..., i would try to get a 7800GS or GT, its a bit more expencive, but its worth the differance,

you should also check the g.skill 2GB kits, they get a good 265-285mhz at 3-4-4-8, and quite cheaper then their OCZ equivalents, dont remember exact models, but they have been reviewed on techpowerup,
