Never posted It was Destructive did I! It's NOT A DESTRUCTIVE FLASH BUT A FIRMWARE FLASH
Anyway Just install the latest toolbox onto a usb drive and boot from it. Select the firmware updater and takes about 10Sec in total to do the update.

New firmware is feeling way better. Faster! Doesn't loose responsiveness like the 2.15 firmware did.

Not many fixes, but fixed the lagging after using the drive for a while through out the day
