Well... do you have any favourite brand choice? If not I'd recommend you ASUS in a heartbeat, they are crammed of features and strong overclockers check this:

If you want to spend a bit more there is the Maximus Extreme IV Z that is the top ASUS tier for socket 1155
It all depends on which features you want, the Maximus does NOT have legacy PCI slots so if you have a soundcard that requires one you may want to think about it

I'd recommend you the Maximus if you are going to use more than 2 GPUs in the future, if not go for the P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3, either way you can't be wrong :toast:
