So I have a budget of 160$ for a gpu right now and I was looking at this . My 9600gt is aging, but I took advantage of the steam sale and have 10 2007 and earlier games that all play with decent to highest settings on my palit 9600gt sonic.
my hesitation is that the prices on the new ati line up are higher than they should be due to the fermi delay. and the fact that I'm not being able to compare new series to new series. this worries me because of a previous x700pro/6600gt debaucle.
and at the moment I have an outdoor pond project that i could use to money to get a new pond pump for. so basically i can't make up my mind.
play old games and get a pump for the pond, or get a new gpu.
