Hey guys
Am on the market for a new monitor since my old one died recently.
I would like this time to go with an ultrawide one but i was always considered them being too narrow and am looking for a monitor to be a bit taller.
My budget will be around 700-800 GBP.
I will use the monitor mostly for gaming and every day use. Tasks/work/ etc.
I got a eVGA Kingpin 980 Ti.
I dont care about speakers vesa mounting etc.
I only care the screen to be 30 or more inches.
Old monitor was a Dell U3014.
I checked the PG348Q in person by ASUS but they didnt have the XG35VQ on display to see too but the PG348 was too narrow..
I checked online and the 35VQ is i think 5cm taller than the PG348Q.
Or maybe u guys can suggest me one cause i checked a lot on the net and am a bit confused.
ACER X34
ASUS XG32VQR
ASUS XG35VQ
Dell Alienware one.
Or anything else good to check out or wait for a new one to come out soon?
I would really appreciate your help.
Thank you

I had to choose between the PG348Q and the Dell Alienware at Micro Center and I went with the PG348Q. After recently looking at monitors again with my nephew I kinda wish I went with the Alienware monitor now. Its got a higher refresh (which I knew when purchasing) and its got a much cleaner bezel, Its pretty damn sexy.... Oh well. IMO the ACER is nice, but only if you VESA mount it....those stands are bleh.

I was looking for the Alienware too.
I guess they are not monitors with G Sync 120+ Hz IPS and HDR10 on more than 27 inches right? :D
