I'm not really sure which NF7 you have.There are quite a few different vesions and they had one of the most confusing ways of naming them all aswell.Google Mantaray by Tictac and you should find some useful talk on bioses.

ok sorry about not posting sooner i just moved but my system has been acting up but alot of people had my problem they say to take the cpc off with modded bios should fix it i guess 2x512 sticks gets wacked out while the cpc is on i dont realy know i wish i knew a hell of a lot more

Well now im running Black Mantaray XT t12
every time i test with memtest86 it gets errors on stage 5 i belive its the bios tho becasue im more stable than b4 my pc would lock up on super-pi on 1meg calculation now i can get upto 32meg and still be stable right now im encoding video with tmpgenc so this will prove if its truely stable becasue its more harse than prime95 and it gets the cpu hotter
