Thanks guys. I actually am probably going to have to hold off on this a few months longer :( I am however getting the case now, but as far as other stuff, it doesn't make any sense to get anything just yet except for maybe a PSU.

I've edited the first post for my needs. Unfortunately, the budget just isn't cutting it right now :(
