So my problem or list of problems are as follows.

Built my first pc and tried to hook it up to a tv and find that the thing doesn't give me any beeps for bios mode; nor does the mouse and key board connect to the back of the motherboards usb ports. I also checked the led lights on the mother board itself and found only one yellow light on under the DRAM text on the board. Here are the parts used. Graphics card: ASUS ROG-STRIX-RX580
PSU: Corsair CX Series 650 Watt 80 Plus Bronze Certified Modular Power Supply

Motherboard: ASUS ROG Strix B550-F Gaming (WiFi 6) AMD AM4 Zen 3 Ryzen 5000 & 3rd Gen Ryzen ATX Gaming Motherboard (PCIe 4.0, 2.5Gb LAN, BIOS Flashback, HDMI 2.1, Addressable Gen 2 RGB Header and Aura Sync)

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3900X 12-core, 24-thread unlocked desktop processor with Wraith Prism LED Cooler

OS: Windows 10

Chassis: Cooler Master MasterBox TD500 Mesh Airflow ATX Mid-Tower with Polygonal Mesh Front Panel, Crystalline Tempered Glass, E-ATX up to 10.5", Three 120mm ARGB Fans & ARGB Lighting System

RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3200MHz C16 Desktop Memory Kit - Black

SSD: SK hynix Gold S31 1TB 3D NAND 2.5 inch SATA III Internal SSD - up to 560MB/s

No HDD

Do you have a motherboard manual? it looks as though your RAM may be in the wrong slots

That what I thought. I turned every thing off and started disassembling everything down to the one ram stick making sure it was placed correctly. Removed the storage devices I had and other stuff like the graphics card to see if it would boot with the least amount of parts installed. I got everything slowly running eventually until I finally got the about everything working inside. The only things not working is the startup beep that's supposed to sound off upon powering it up; as well as the display showing up on a smart tv. Keyboard and mouse work fine now but can't be sure I can put the computer in BIOS due to mot being able to see the screen.

I do have a manual for the motherboard. Going to see what needs to show or not show on it as well as see if it's supposed to beep on startup.

I'm just wondering how/why the RAM was plugged in that way to begin with? I've seen a few people having issues with this board but you have to rule out basic user errors first like the ones in the picture...

Oh just a first timer mistake I did more research aftee the initial setup and fixed that issue first. Ram is working fine now. I just wonder if my pc needs to connect to a monitor now. Diagnostic strip down I found the ram and graphics card inserted improperly. Those are running fine now as well as the fans meant to keep them cool. Tried to access the BIOS by tapping my del key or single tapping the F1 or F2 keys. Hasn't booted up so far ‍♂️

But if you're just wondering how it happened all I did was watch a simple guide by a guy with a similar board.

it shouldn't need to connect to a monitor to get a display signal. what kind of display cable are you using and where is it plugged in? perhaps you have it plugged into the mobo instead of the gpu?
