I'm looking to replace a few of my aging HD's with one of the new 7200.11 hard drives. My question is if I keep my large data and storage disc (with no NCQ support) on the same controller as the new drive with NCQ (native command queueing) will the controller be able to implement the NCQ feature on the one drive and not the other or do they all need to be complient? My MB is the DFI NF4 SLI (the one listed in system specs).
